Real Estates share price and intrinsic value

I hadn't heard of Real Estates before. EUR 1,3b in real estate for Belgian and Dutch out of town retail. They have a good overview page: https://www.retailestates.com/en/investors/key-figures
Price per share: EUR 71
Book value per share: EUR 60
Dividend: 5%
It is less overvalued than in the past, but still seems expensive compared to Dutch retail real estate like Wereldhave? http://sinaas.blogspot.com/2018/05/wereldhave-and-mr-markets-mood-swings.html
