Bever Holding a interesting case for real estate investors?

Intrinsic value (book value) has increased to EUR 5,90 the stock price has decreased to EUR 3,6 (did hit EUR 3,2 in past year.).
If you are interested in real estate, this could be interesting. But they are not profitable at the moment...

Small real estate fund, EUR 27k "revenue", selling at EUR 3,7 under 5,64 Euro book value. You can buy a Euro for 66 cents? Plans to make money in the near future together with VolkerWessels.
