Telephone call center fees set by "auction" still doesn't have a telephone number for customers as far as I know. Setting up a call centre is a hassle. I wonder if a system would work whereby costs are related to how busy the line is, so there is no waiting time.
"This line is very busy at the moment, if you wish to speak to a human now, it will cost € 9,34 per minute, the rate is currently increasing, or you can visit our website ...."."

This it might be profitable.
